Founded in 2024, Rusken Charitable Foundation (RCF) supports community development through Education, Economic Empowerment, Agricultural Growth, Environmental Conservation, and Talent Development.
Our Objective
We empower rural youth by offering education, microfinance support, agricultural training, and environmental education, aiming to foster sustainable livelihoods and reduce poverty.

- Effective leadership in partnership with the board of trustees
- Partnering with the patron, board of trustees and other volunteers
- Supporting the Board in the creation of a local and international network to publicise and popularise the opportunities in the foundation through a well maintained and constantly up-dated foundation website
- Increasing awareness, nationally, of the foundation’s mission, vision, goals and ways to assist and become involved
- Providing data and information for the foundation website and social media platforms to ensure robust engagement with the public and make the foundation more vibrant
